How Does Installation Work?
Your local fiber network handles installation, and it's simpler than you'd expect.
1. Sign up and get scheduled
Pick your plan online - no credit card needed. The local fiber team will reach out to schedule your install. Most installations happen within a few business days.
2. Fiber gets pulled to your home
A technician runs a fiber line from the network to your house and installs an ONT (Optical Network Terminal) - a small wall-mounted box that converts fiber light into an ethernet connection. They'll place it near a power outlet, usually in a garage or utility room.
3. Plug in your router and go
Connect your wireless router to the ONT, and you're online. The technician runs a speed test before they leave to confirm you're getting the speeds you signed up for.
