Fair question. Most critiques over the years came from our legacy fixed wireless network, which served homes fiber had not reached yet. We have since upgraded it, with speeds up to 1 Gbps in Santaquin. On fiber, the occasional complaint is usually about install scheduling, and we work those out one on one.
