My wife and I just moved to Bountiful, Utah. Our house did not have internet. I learned quickly that Bountiful has fiber and what the process was. I decided on Intellipop because of all the ratings and I didn't want a large corporate internet provider. I called Intellipop and Brandie answered and was extremely helpful. Not just with the part that her company took care of but she helped me through the whole Bountiful process. This was very helpful since my wife and I were new to this area. Brandie also called a couple of times to check after we were set up to ensure everything was working great. Brandie is a person that cares about people and her company. Install team showed right at their expected scheduled time. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I needed assistance with my multiple owned routers due to the size of my home called customer service, very polite, patient with me and assisted me in getting everything working correctly before I was off the phone. Followup call a couple days later to make sure I was happy and I definitely am! Great internet fiber service and customer service. Happy I made the switch!

Is Intellipop legit?

Are these reviews real?
Yes, and we don’t get to touch them. The reviews on this page are verified Google reviews, quoted word for word, and the forum quotes are public posts by real people, linked to their original sources. We never edit anyone’s words, even the ones that sting.
How do I leave a review?
Search Google for Intellipop and tap Write a review, or use the review link in your welcome email. It takes about two minutes, and it’s the most useful thing you can do for a neighbor trying to pick an ISP.
What do customers complain about?
Fair question. Most gripes over the years came from our legacy fixed wireless network, which covered homes fiber had not reached yet. We have since upgraded it (speeds up to 1 Gbps in Santaquin). On fiber, the occasional complaint is usually install scheduling, and we work those out one on one. Nobody’s perfect; we just answer the phone when we’re not.
Is Intellipop actually local?
In Utah, yes. We were founded in Payson in 2014. Everywhere we serve, support is Utah-based and a real person picks up the phone. The tech who comes to your home usually works for the fiber network that serves your address.
