- REAL PEOPLE. REAL INTERNET. REAL SIMPLE.
Lehi Fiber Internet, Done Right.
The top-rated ISP on the Lehi City Fiber network. 4.9 stars across 1,450+ Google reviews, more reviews and a higher rating than any other provider on the network. From $64.95/mo, all-in. First month free.
No contracts, no data caps, and no separate network fee on Lehi City Fiber. The fiber modem is included.
Lehi grew fast. Your internet didn't.
Intellipop serves Lehi on the Lehi City Fiber network with symmetrical plans from 250 Mbps at $64.95/mo up to 10 Gbps at $199.95/mo. Traverse Ridge, Silicon Slopes, Thanksgiving Point, Shadow Ridge. Growing neighborhoods, growing offices, more devices than ever in every home. But most homes are still running on the same cable connection they had ten years ago. Speeds drop at 7pm when everyone streams. Bills creep every year. Support comes from a script. You should not have to pay for both halves of 'internet service' when you're only getting one.
Stick with cable.
Intellipop plans in Lehi are all-in: no separate network fee, no equipment rental, and the price does not step up after a promo period. You keep paying $80 to $100 a month for a connection that slows down during dinner. You keep watching the bill creep up after every promo period ends. You keep getting transferred to a script when something breaks. Switching to fiber takes an afternoon. Sticking with cable costs you that afternoon every time something goes wrong.
Fiber, not cable
Real fiber straight into your house. The same line carries your downloads and your uploads at the same speed. No cable shared with the cul-de-sac.

What Is the Lehi City Fiber Network?
The Lehi City Fiber Network is owned by Lehi City and operated by Strata Networks. It is an open access fiber network, which means the fiber infrastructure is shared. Multiple internet providers compete to sell service over the same fast pipes.
This is why your service can feel different even when the fiber is the same. The Lehi City Fiber Network handles the wires going into your house. The internet provider you pick handles everything you actually deal with: pricing, plans, customer support, billing, install.
Intellipop is the most popular internet provider on the Lehi City Fiber Network, and we work hard to keep it that way. We focus on the service half. The connection comes from the same fiber as every other provider on the network. The difference is who picks up when you call.

Lehi City Fiber Coverage
The network reaches most of the city: North and South Lehi, Silicon Slopes and Thanksgiving Point, Traverse Ridge, Shadow Ridge, and the Suncrest corridor. If you work from home in the Silicon Slopes area, symmetrical speeds mean your upload matches your download. That matters more than most people realize until they are on back-to-back video calls or pushing files to the cloud all day.
One area not covered: Traverse Mountain sits outside Lehi City limits and is not part of the network. If you are there, contact us and we will add you to the interest list.
Lehi City Fiber covers addresses across Lehi, including most of ZIP code 84043. If you are unsure whether your address is on the network, use our address checker above and we will confirm instantly.

Who is the best ISP on the Lehi City Fiber network?
On the Lehi City Fiber network, the fiber is identical across providers. The ISP is what differs. Intellipop is the top-rated ISP on the network: 4.9 stars across 1,450+ Google reviews, more than any other Lehi City Fiber provider. Plans start at $64.95/mo all-in. There is no separate network fee on Lehi City Fiber, so the price shown is the price on your bill. No contracts, first month free, local Utah support answering 24/7 in under 60 seconds.
Who says so besides us
Lehi City lists Intellipop as one of five internet service providers on the Lehi City Fiber network. The Better Business Bureau rates Intellipop A+. Customers rate us 4.9 stars across 1,450+ Google reviews, the highest rating and largest review count of any provider on the network.
How to Choose Your Lehi City Fiber ISP
On the Lehi City Fiber Network, the fiber is the same no matter who you pick. The monthly price ends up similar across providers too. What you actually get for that money is where the differences show up:
- Transparency at signup. Type in your Lehi address and the price you see is the price you pay every month. No teaser rate. No "starts at" followed by hidden fees. The number on the page is the number on your bill.
- Local support. Some providers route you through a national call center. We answer locally, 24/7, in under 60 seconds on average. The person who picks up is the person who solves the problem.
- Install scheduling. The Lehi fiber team handles the physical install on every provider. What changes is how fast we get you scheduled and how clearly we communicate the timeline.
- Trust. 4.9 stars across 1,450+ Google reviews. Read what your neighbors said before you sign up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Lehi City Fiber Network available at my address?+
The network is built and owned by Lehi City with citywide coverage. If you live in Lehi, you are very likely connected. Sign up and we will confirm your address during checkout.
What speeds does Intellipop offer on the Lehi City Fiber Network?+
We offer 250 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2 Gbps symmetrical plans - meaning equal upload and download speeds. We also offer a 10 Gbps plan for power users who need it. Ask about it during signup.
Are there any extra fees beyond the monthly price?+
No. The Lehi City Fiber Network infrastructure costs are built into your ISP rate. Unlike some fiber networks, there is no separate city infrastructure fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
Is the first month really free?+
Yes. Your first month of service is on us. No promo codes, no catch, no fine print.
Are there contracts or cancellation fees?+
No contracts and no cancellation fees, ever.
How does installation work?+
Installation happens in two phases. First, Lehi City's network operator (Strata Networks) runs fiber from the street to the outside wall of your home - you do not need to be home for this. Second, Intellipop schedules your inside installation, where we place the fiber modem inside your home. If the distance from the exterior connection point to your modem location is 45 feet or less, the inside install is completely free. If you need a longer run - up to 150 feet - there is a flat $200 fee for that advanced installation. Either way, we handle all the coordination.
Who do I contact if my internet goes down?+
Intellipop, 24/7, at 801-851-1770. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly. If something is outside our control on the network infrastructure side, we will contact Lehi City and Strata on your behalf so you never have to play phone tag.
Does Intellipop serve businesses in Lehi?+
Yes. We serve both residential and commercial customers on the Lehi City Fiber Network.
Who is the best ISP in Lehi?+
Lehi customers consistently rate Intellipop 4.9 stars across 1,450+ Google reviews. We are the top-rated ISP on the Lehi City Fiber network by review count and rating. No contracts, no data caps, real people on the support line.
What is the difference between Lehi City Fiber and UTOPIA?+
They are two separate open access fiber networks in Utah. UTOPIA Fiber serves 23 cities across the state, including Orem, Layton, Murray, and Bountiful. The Lehi City Fiber Network serves Lehi only and is owned by Lehi City, operated by Strata Networks. Different networks, different operators, different pricing. If you live in Lehi, you will be on the Lehi City Fiber Network.
Does the Lehi City Fiber Network cover Traverse Mountain?+
No. Traverse Mountain is outside Lehi City limits and is not part of the Lehi City Fiber Network. If you live in the Traverse Mountain area, contact us and we will add you to the interest list for future coverage options.
Is Google Fiber available in Lehi, Utah?+
No. Google Fiber doesn't serve Lehi. The city runs its own fiber network, Lehi City Fiber, built by Lehi and operated by Strata Networks. It already reaches most homes, and Intellipop is the most-reviewed provider on it.
How long does installation take?+
Most Lehi installs run about 2-3 weeks from signup to live WiFi. Lehi City crews run fiber to the outside of your home first, then Intellipop schedules the inside install shortly after. Most of the timeline is scheduling on the network side, not our end, and we push to keep things moving as fast as the city can get out.
What equipment is included with my plan?+
Every plan includes the fiber modem installed inside your home at no extra cost. There are no setup fees and no hardware rental charges on your bill. You only need to decide whether to add a WiFi router.
Do I need your WiFi router, or can I use my own?+
Your call. We offer managed WiFi for $12.95 per month, where we handle setup, firmware updates, and ongoing support. Or you can bring your own WiFi router and plug it into the modem via Ethernet. For self-owned hardware, we typically recommend the Asus AX or AC lines. They are reliable, well-supported, and handle gigabit-plus speeds without issues.
Internet providers in Lehi, Utah
Lehi City owns fiber that runs to much of the city, and five providers sell service over it. That connection is symmetrical, so your upload matches your download, and that is the main thing separating it from cable, 5G and satellite. Here is what the main options actually cost.
Every provider on this network sells the same connection. What separates them is the part you actually deal with. Your price is your price, with no teaser rate and no jump later. And when something goes wrong you get a real person in Utah County, 24/7, with no phone tree and no runaround: the same team that sold you the plan is the team that fixes it. Across 1,450+ Google reviews we average 4.9 stars, the highest rating and the most reviews of the five.

Prices are for the 1 Gbps tier, our most popular plan and the one the five city-network providers and Xfinity all sell, so those six rows compare like for like. T-Mobile and Starlink do not sell a 1 Gbps home plan, so their rows show the fastest plan they do sell, with that plan's speed above its price. Competitor pricing, typical speeds and Google ratings are taken from each provider's own published pages, Google Business Profiles and FCC Broadband Facts labels for Lehi, Utah service addresses, checked and compiled by Intellipop staff on 2026-08-20. Prices are the standard monthly rate for the plan named in each row. They include equipment where the provider includes it, and they exclude taxes and government fees except on the rows whose Included cell says otherwise. If anything here is wrong, tell us at support@intellipop.co and we will fix it.
View full disclosure
T-Mobile does not publish a single speed for Home Internet. Its own label and network disclosure give a typical range, and that range is what we show. None of these publishes a contract requirement. Xfinity's published everyday rate for this plan today is $110.00, or $100.00 with the same autopay and paperless discount, and Comcast says that rate is subject to change. Their Gig plan also includes Peacock Premium for 24 months, which Comcast states is a $12.99 a month value and must be activated in the first 90 days, one Xfinity Mobile line for a year, and a 4K stream box. T-Mobile's AutoPay prices are Rely $50.00, Amplified $60.00 and All-In $70.00. Amplified and All-In run at the same speed, so we show Amplified, the cheaper of the two, and it drops to $45.00 if you add a T-Mobile voice line. T-Mobile publishes a five-year price guarantee on its Home Internet plans and states on its FCC label that the price is not an introductory rate. Starlink sells Residential at 100 Mbps for $55.00, Residential at 200 Mbps for $85.00 and Residential Max for $130.00, and Max is the one shown. Starlink advertises Max at up to 400+ Mbps, and the speeds shown are the typical range on its own FCC label for a Lehi address. Its hardware is a rental at $0 upfront and $0 a month, with $20 shipping due at checkout. Starlink pricing and availability vary by service area, so the figures at your own address may differ. Ratings are shown only for the providers on the city network, where the comparison is like for like. Xfinity, T-Mobile and Starlink are rated per retail store or not at all, so there is no company-level figure that compares. Ratings and review counts are company-wide, not Lehi-specific, and counts are rounded down to the nearest 50. Lehi City Fiber is not UTOPIA, and it adds no separate network fee to your bill. CenturyLink also sells here but speed varies street to street, Verizon 5G Home reaches some Lehi addresses and not others, and Google Fiber does not serve Lehi. Our other Lehi plans are 250 Mbps at $64.95, 2 Gig at $99.95 and 10 Gig at $199.95. Our first month free is a standing offer, not a limited-time promotion. The fiber modem we include is not a Wi-Fi router. Plug in your own router at no charge, or add our managed Wi-Fi for $12.95 a month. The Xfinity, T-Mobile and Starlink hardware all has Wi-Fi built in.
A closer look at cable, 5G and satellite
Xfinity. The advertised $50 for 1 Gig is for new customers and requires autopay from a stored bank account plus paperless billing. A card does not qualify, and Comcast's terms end the discount on a failed payment. Without both, add $10 a month. Their FCC label prices the same plan at $60. Installation is $0 for the Getting Started Kit, where "Shipping and Handling May Apply," $39.99 for Self-Installation Plus, or $100 for a professional install. Comcast describes the line itself as "powered by fiber and connected to premises by coaxial cable."
T-Mobile Home Internet. Their network disclosure puts Home Internet at the bottom of the priority order, on "the same network prioritization as Mobile Wireless Heavy Data Users," who during congestion "will likely see significant reductions in data speeds." Past 1.2TB a month they are "prioritized last on the network." T-Mobile adds that because its Home Internet equipment "is intended to be stationary and is only available in limited areas, these customers should be less likely to notice congestion in general." A $35 device connection charge applies.
Starlink. Their FCC labels for a Lehi address list the data included with the $55 and $85 plans as "Unlimited Deprioritized Data," against "Unlimited Residential Data" on the $130 plan we show. Speeds are "maximum available speeds, are not guaranteed, and will be slower during times of congestion." The dish is a rental: title "will not transfer to you." Professional install is $99 on the $55 plan and $0 on the $85 and $130 plans, and it needs a clear view of the sky. Starlink notes additional charges may apply for non-standard installations.
In fairness to all three: none requires a contract, none charges an early termination fee, and all three include unlimited data.
Quoted by Intellipop staff from each carrier's own pages, terms and FCC Broadband Facts labels on 2026-08-20. The Xfinity and Starlink figures are for a Lehi, UT 84043 service address, and those labels are address-specific, so check yours. T-Mobile publishes one national label per plan with no address input, so its speed figures are nationwide typical ranges and not Lehi measurements. Promotional pricing on the national carriers comes and goes, so check the current offer before you buy. If anything here is wrong, tell us at support@intellipop.co and we will fix it.
