Is the Lehi City Fiber Network available at my address?+
The network is built and owned by Lehi City with citywide coverage. If you live in Lehi, you are very likely connected. Sign up and we will confirm your address during checkout.
What speeds does Intellipop offer on the Lehi City Fiber Network?+
We offer 250 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2 Gbps symmetrical plans - meaning equal upload and download speeds. We also offer a 10 Gbps plan for power users who need it. Ask about it during signup.
Are there any extra fees beyond the monthly price?+
No. The Lehi City Fiber Network infrastructure costs are built into your ISP rate. Unlike some fiber networks, there is no separate city infrastructure fee. The price you see is the price you pay.

Are there contracts or cancellation fees?+

How does installation work?+
Installation happens in two phases. First, Lehi City's network operator (Strata Networks) runs fiber from the street to the outside wall of your home - you do not need to be home for this. Second, Intellipop schedules your inside installation, where we place the ONT (fiber modem) inside your home. If the distance from the exterior connection point to your modem location is 45 feet or less, the inside install is completely free. If you need a longer run - up to 150 feet - there is a flat $200 fee for that advanced installation. Either way, we handle all the coordination.
Who do I contact if my internet goes down?+
Intellipop, 24/7, at 801-851-1770. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly. If something is outside our control on the network infrastructure side, we will contact Lehi City and Strata on your behalf so you never have to play phone tag.
