The network is mStreet Alabama, a $230 million privately financed fiber build running more than 300 miles across west-central Alabama, headquartered on Church Street in Selma with a data center at Selma University. Orrville, a small town in Dallas County just west of Selma, is one of the network’s live towns, and Safford and the communities around it are on the same build. mStreet Alabama builds and runs the network.
